Axos Assist aims to service small to medium size businesses who outsource their IT support. Our current client base reflects a diversity of businesses from one man start ups to larger organisations with multiple outlets.


The larger business - on Gold Contract London Wide Pub and Restaurant Chain

An upmarket pub and restaurant chain who have 45 outlets across London and a head office with a 20+ user based network system. Over the last two years Axos Assist have migrated the company to broadband, installed a new head office server, introduced a new email set up via a central mail server and currently are in the process of a company wide upgrade to Windows XP as well as covering day to day hardware and software maintenance and support. Our measures have saved the company many thousands of pounds in IT spend and produced considerable benefits in cutting out lost productivity through computers being offline through maladministration and virus attack.

With the introduction of ¨Remote Access Support Tools, we now are able to fix problems fast without a site visit. Current projects include a head office hardware and network overhaul with a centralisation of their business systems such as daily cash reconciliation, a Virtual Private Network and Health and Safety. Stop press The company is currently undergoing a rapid expansion of its outlets and have contracted Axos Assist to set up a secondary head office network connected wirelessly to the main head office. Axos Assist are rolling out brand new computer systems for each outlet.


The medium business - on Silver Contract Refrigeration Equipment Wholesaler

This company brought in Axos Assist when their 15 user based network virtually ground to a halt because of multiple IT problems. We conducted a blitz operation to clean up the severely compromised system, improving security, installing firewalls, virus scanning and better procedures within the company for administration and back up. Since the intial clean up operation we monitor and maintain their systems which have been running smoothly.


The small business - on Bronze Contract Retail Service to High Street Stores

A small 4 person business setting up a new office required a complete new computer system installed with the ability to link to other small sister companies via VPN. Axos Assist sourced all the equipment, installed and set up the VPN visiting the other small offices to co-ordinate the link up. We also provided email, domain and website services.
