Home user or small business who needs help setting up system and ongoing back-up in case of emergency? You need Bronze Support.
Bronze Support Features:

	Unlimited incidents resolved via telephone*
	Guaranteed 3 hour telephone response time
	Unlimited on site visits to resolve problem
	Guaranteed 72hr onsite response time
	Option to have Axos Assist remote support*
	Operating hours 9.30 - 5.30pm

* This service is provided on provision of payment by credit card at end of call or remote support

Charging structure:

On site support £30 per 1/2 hour - min charge £30.00.
Telephone / remote support £1 per min -min charge £10

Call out charges:

Within a 5 mile radius of our offices - No call out charge. Over 5 miles - £25 call out. Over 10 miles - £50 call out.
