Axos Assist Business IT Support packages include labour only. If the hardware requires replacement, parts are quoted and invoiced separately. All packages include a free new customer welcome visit to assess your IT set up.
 
Small Business - Remote Package

The small business remote package is our starter business package designed to be a starting point for those of you who are either on a tight budget for IT or are new to IT support. You will get unlimited telephone and remote support* from our team of professionals who are always ready to help. If required an on-site visit this can be arranged at additional cost.

*remote support requires an active internet connection
 
What happens if I need more equipment covered or more call outs/on-site time?
 
We will be happy to quote you for the extra cost – either as part of your ongoing support package or as one off charges. Just call us.
