This support option is for those users who want occasional support or troubleshooting. Using your 'Pay As You Go' account, you can call us and we will advise on computer faults, useability problems, hardware purchase recommendations or we can remote into your computer to fix software faults set up software, email etc.
As a Pay As You Go customer you can also use your purchased time for site visits. However, we recommend that your Pay As You Go account is mainly kept as a ready way to pay for remote services.

If there is a change in circumstances (eg moving out of the area) which mean that you can no longer use our prepay services then we will refund.

Its possible that a remote support session will take you over your limit. If your account is low, we will ask for a top-up before starting the job. If your account is overdrawn then we will inform you by email and the overdrawn amount will be deducted from the next payment. Your accoount must always be in credit for us to start a job.
