Simply purchase support time using our online payment system and you can receive top level remote or telephone support from our experienced engineers.

You only pay for the time you use. The rest is kept in your account for your next call.

This support option is for those users who want occasional support or troubleshooting. Using your 'Pay As You Go' account, you can call us and we will advise on computer faults, useability problems, hardware purchase recommendations or we can remote into your computer to fix software faults set up software, email etc.

As a Pay As You Go customer you can also use your purchased time for site visits. However, we recommend that your Pay As You Go account is mainly kept as a ready way to pay for remote services.

  • Advise on broadband problems and talk to your ISP on your behalf
  • Purchase or specify hardware and software on your behalf

Q&A

Can you set up iPhone remotely?

Yes we regularly set up mobile devices of all sorts including iPads and iPhones.

Can I get a refund on my account if I don't use it all?

If there is a change in circumstances (eg moving out of the area) which mean that you can no longer use our prepay services then we will refund.

Is there a time limit on using my Pay As You Go time?

No, but we reserve the right to increase our prices in the future and any time used at the new rate will be deducted at that rate.

What are your hours?

We offer this service from 9am to 5pm.

How will I know how much time I have left on account?

We email customers on a monthly basis informing them of their account balance. We are working on making account facilities available online. Or you can call us to find out at any other time.

What happens if I 'overdraw' my account.

Its possible that a remote support session will take you over your limit. If your account is low, we will ask for a top-up before starting the job. If your account is overdrawn then we will inform you by email and the overdrawn amount will be deducted from the next payment. Your accoount must always be in credit for us to start a job.

To top up your Pay As You Go account or open a new one, please select the number of hours support you would like to purchase and add to cart. We will confirm receipt of your payment by email.

For a written invoice, request one in the message field of your order.


For quantities not shown add one or more of the selections to your basket or add one item and change the quantity once in the basket. For example, by adding 1 hr to the basket and then making the quantity 6, you will be purchasing 6 hours support. Adding 5 hrs and 1 hr to the basket will do the same.
