Business Starter Remote Support
Levels 1-3 are all remote packages. You will get unlimited telephone and remote support; from our team of professionals who are always ready to help. If required an on-site visit can be arranged at additional cost. Users who work from two or more sites can be added as a roaming user under the support package addons.
Q&A
How can you fix our system remotely?
Using a specialist software tool for IT engineeers we invite you via a link to allow us onto your system. You give us permission. We can then access your computer settings while you sit back and watch us fix your problem. Once logged off your system we cannot gain access again without your permission.
What happens if I need an on-site visit?
Remote support covers most eventualities but there are times when an engineer has to be on site. We will be happy to quote you for the extra cost, just call us.
What is not covered?
Our support covers all aspects of correct functioning of hardware and system software plus the common programmes which come with a new PC (eg MSOffice). We do not support software useage problems under the package. If you need training on how to use a computer or a piece of software please enquire.
How many times can I call you?
You can have unlimited calls, subject to fair useage and availability of engineers. Our service is based on happy clients and recommendation, so we always do our very best to deal with all your calls promptly.
